PILATES

Pilates is an efficient fitness method created by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s that targets the entire body. This series of controlled exercises on Pilates apparatus as well as on the mat is great for strengthening, stretching and improving posture. This core focused work is excellent for eliminating lower back discomfort. We work to create symmetry in the body. Whether you are recovering from an injury, prenatal/postnatal, or just looking to stay in shape Pilates will work for you.
